Location: Wollongong, NSW Pay: $*****/hour Hours: Casual to start, with genuine potential to move into full-time as you prove yourself and the business grows.
Typical hours are 8 hours/rostered day, plus around 3 hours most Saturdays.
What You'll Do Handling walk-ins, inbound calls & outbound/follow-up calls Responding to online quote enquiries quickly & professionally Upselling additional services for the mobile detailing van (stain removal, sand removal, headlights, etc.) General admin support — bookings, scheduling, data entry, and keeping records up to date Maintaining high-quality customer communication and a smooth sales flow Taking ownership of daily sales goals and staying hungry to close deals This role is perfect for someone who knows how to present well, communicate confidently, and turn conversations into sales.
