To learn more, visit The RoleAs the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for the full operational leadership of the Tullamarine plant, including manufacturing performance, safety, quality, cost management, and people leadership.
You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, supporting regional transformation initiatives, and ensuring best-in-class service to our customers.What You'll Be DoingLead all site operations, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standardsDrive continuous improvement initiatives (productivity, cost, service, and quality)Deliver on financial targets, including cost per unit (CPU) and operational budgetsStrengthen quality systems and reduce customer claimsBuild and develop a high-performing, engaged teamSupport Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and supply chain alignmentEnsure reliable and efficient production planning and executionWhat We Are Looking ForProven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (extrusion, thermoforming,
