Inbound Customer Service Coordinator - Cronulla
About the Role
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for incoming service requests, ensuring all enquiries are managed efficiently at the initial request.
You will schedule jobs, track progress & ensure customer is updated where required.
Availability
Note that this is a full time permanent role working 38 hours per week.
Shifts rotate Monday to Friday between 7am-7pm.
From September onwards, these shifts will rotate Monday-Sunday between 5:00am and midnight (note working from home for the whole week on those shifts outside of normal hours).
Key Responsibilities
Manage urgent inbound enquiries via phone and email
Log and allocate work orders through internal systems
Updating customers on progress of tickets
Maintain accurate records and documentation across systems and databases
Provide administrative support and team coverage as required
About You
Experience in a call centre,



customer service or administrative role.
Problem Solving skills.
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
A proactive team player with a strong work ethic
Confident using MS Office and CRM/database systems
Experience in Facilities Management or scheduling (desirable but not essential)
