Hair & Beauty Services (Trades & Services)Full time$90,000 – $104,000 per year inc superThe OpportunityAs Hairdresser Manager/Co-ordinator at STYLZ HAIR , you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hair salon in Sydneys Eastern suburbs, NSW.
This is a full-time role that requires strong leadership, customer service and hairdressing skills.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will not be running a column of clients but managing the team and co-ordinating the salon ,backing up the stylists as well as tending to the retail side of the business.Manage and oversee the salon's team of hairstylists, ensuring high standards of service and productivitySchedule and coordinate staff shifts and appointments to optimise salon operationsMaintain inventory control and order necessary suppliesProvide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfactionPerform hairdressing duties such as cutting,



colouring and styling hairTrain and develop junior staff membersEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsContribute to the overall growth and success of the salonWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 3 years' experience as a hairdresser with proven skills in hairdressing and and management.Previous management (at least 1 year ) or supervisory experience in a salon environmentStrong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skillsPassion for the hair and beauty industry and the latest trendsExcellent time management and organisational abilitiesUnderstanding of health and safety regulationsCertificate III in Hairdressing or equivalentWhat We OfferAt STYLZ, we are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment.
