ensuring residents receive proper nutrition and hydration.Help maintain a clean and safe setting for residents.Participate in resident care planning meetings and follow individualized care plans.Document care provided in residents' charts accurately and efficiently.Participate in activities and social programs, fostering a sense of communityMaintain a positive and professional attitude, building rapport with residents, families, and colleagues.Desired Skills and ExperienceWe are looking for someone who possesses:Agenuine desire to work with seniors and improve their quality of life.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with residents and families.Patience, empathy, and a compassionate nature.Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.Reliability and a commitment to high standards of care.A current AIN qualification (Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or working towards).
