RetireAustralia is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Person for Carlyle Gardens Retirement Village in Bargara.
This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:06pm, at an above-award rate of $***** per hour base plus super.You will help maintain buildings, gardens and facilities, and coordinate trades to keep repairs timely and protected.
Reporting to the Village Manager, you'll be involved in reactive and preventative maintenance, pest control monitoring, and ensuring health and safety standards.
