We are looking for a friendly, organised Receptionist/Dental Assistant to join our team.This is a part-time position working 4 days per week, with the occasional Saturday.About the RoleGreeting patients and their familiesManaging appointments, phone calls and emailsChairside assisting the dentists and oral health therapistsInstrument cleaning,
sterilisation and infection controlProcessing payments and health fund claimsMaintaining a clean and organised reception and clinical environmentProviding excellent customer service to our patients and familiesAbout YouHave previous experience in a dental reception and/or dental assisting roleEnjoy working with children and their familiesHave a bright, bubbly and positive personalityBe organised with excellent communication and time management skillsBe reliable, professional and able to work well within a teamBe confident using computers and learning new softwareExperience using Praktika software is a bonus, but not essentialA Certificate III in Dental Assisting is desirable, but not essentialWhat We OfferA supportive and friendly team environmentA contemporary, well-equipped practiceOngoing training and supportThe opportunity to work in a rewarding children's dental practice
