Join us to redefine luxury.About the RoleWe are seeking an IT professional to support the technology needs of our hotel cluster.
This role is responsible for maintaining system integrity, ensuring cybersecurity compliance, and delivering timely technical support to all users, both on-site and remotely.
You will play a key role in managing infrastructure, supporting daily operations, and implementing IT projects in line with Hyatt brand standards.Main ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support and troubleshooting for in office and remote users across the clusterAdminister and maintain systems, servers, and network devicesSupport IT projects and system upgradesCoordinate with external vendors for installations, maintenance, and issue resolutionEnforce IT policies, procedures, and cybersecurity protocolsConduct staff training on systems and IT security best practicesManage IT asset inventory, including procurement and disposal trackingAssist with data backups, recovery procedures,
