Reporting to Production Team Leader you'll be working in our brick manufacturing plant, supporting machine operations and quality control to ensure production runs efficiently and safely.
You'll also contribute to housekeeping, reporting, and operational improvements across the site.Report hazards, incidents, and near misses in accordance with WHS&E; protocolsActively contribute to a safe work environment and follow all site safety proceduresMaintain high housekeeping standards across the factoryStore tools, equipment, and consumables properly when not in useOperate machinery and monitor performance to ensure optimal efficiencyConduct quality checks and support quality improvement projectsParticipate in customer complaint investigations and help implement corrective actionsMinimise product loss and suggest improvements to reduce wasteEnsure accurate reporting of daily production numbersComplete pre-start checklists and operator maintenance tasksParticipate in preventative maintenance programs and team meetingsYou will be working Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm,
