About the opportunityWe are seeking a Sales Representative responsible for driving sustainable, profitable growth across both new and existing customer accounts.
Experience with shoring or civil equipment is highly desirable.In this role, you will prospect recent customers to unlock growth opportunities while also managing and developing the existing customer base.
By fostering robust, customer-focused relationships, you will position the business as a preferred partner, strengthening long-term partnerships and enabling mutual success.This role is based in Queensland.ResponsibilitiesProspect and develop new business opportunitiesManage and grow an existing customer portfolioProvide technical advice and tailored solutions across our product range (experience trench shoring or civil machinery (highly desirable), ground anchors or sheet piling (advantageous)Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to increase sales volumeManage the end-to-end sales process from initial engagement through to closeConduct regular customer visits to build relationships and identify opportunitiesAbout youYou will demonstrate a high level of initiative, drive, and determination, with a solid focus on achieving results.
