The role:
Work alongside a Senior Property Manager to oversee 220 residential propertiesTake and address tenant enquiriesCoordinate property repairs & maintenanceConduct routine inspectionsSupport with all admin including notices, applications and rental increases
Requirements:
A desire to be in Property Management / Real Estate long term and an openness to learningCertificate of Registration (Assistant Agent) or Real Estate LicenseA current driver's licence and motor vehicleTech-savvy (and knowledge of the following is a bonus:Property Tree, FLK it Over and Tapp)
