We're looking for an experienced, passionate Barista who takes pride in every cup and enjoys creating memorable customer experiences.If you thrive in a fast-paced café, have a positive attitude, and love working with people, we'd love to hear from you.About the RolePreparing consistently high-quality espresso-based coffee.Dialling in grinders and maintaining coffee quality throughout the day.Providing friendly, qualified customer service.Taking customer orders and processing payments.Assisting with food service and café operations when required.Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient workspace.Working collaboratively with the café team during busy service periods.What We're Looking ForMinimum 2 years' experience as a barista in a busy café.




Confident working with specialty coffee and milk texturing.Ability to produce consistently high-quality coffee under pressure.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Positive, reliable, and punctual.Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.Ability to work weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating roster.What We OfferFull-time or permanent part time position.Competitive pay based on experience.A supportive and friendly team environment.Opportunities to grow with a new and exciting café.
