The right person must be organised with excellent time management skills whilst enjoying the challenge of working in a supportive and progressive team environment.Working alongside our senior property manager, leasing team & director, this is an ideal opportunity to deal in the prestigious Inner city property market and thrive.The role:A Monday to Friday role only (with WFH options), you as the Property Manager will take control of a portfolio of around 120 properties.
You will be given full support from administrators, accountants and our leasing team and your only focus is to run this portfolio in a sound professional way.Repairs & maintenance managementArrears managementIn/outgoing and routine inspectionsClient relationship managementLiaising with landlordsAttending tribunal,
