Due to our continued growth we are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the team to deliver and manage works throughout Sydney and help grow the business.You will work with highly approachable Directors delivering large scale projects.

A team that goes the extra mile for our clients, staff and have good core family valuesDuties/roles and responsibilitiesManage electrical projects from beginning through to completion, co-ordinate works to ensure they are on schedule and within budget, identify potential risks, implementing proactive measures to mitigate issues and ensure successful project delivery.Responsible for reviewing the design/drawings, installation and supply of electrical systems to ensure accurate implementation of project requirements.Visiting site as required and meetings with clients/builders, engineers, and subcontractors.Site visits to inspect work quality, address concerns, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.Managing contracts/Reviewing tendersOrdering materials for projects and stock.Conducting monthly toolbox talks with the teamAssisting in office with tradesmenAssist with procurement to source materials/contractors, negotiating favourable terms with suppliers to optimize project cost-effectiveness.




Conducting project countsPrice and tender contract and variationsSelection and engaging of sub-contractorsPreparation of InvoicingReporting and ForecastingDissecting electrical contract into separable work scopes (e.g. electrical/security/CCTV/comms/dry fire/design/access control)Documenting variations and putting variation cost sheets together.Monitoring project hours weekly or fortnightlyO&M; Manuals, certificates, Sample submissions, precuring datasheets, Fire registers, ITP's, setting up sample registers and the like.Qualifications and ExperienceAt least one year of experienceStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve project goals.Excellent work ethic, motivated and energeticGreat communication skills, well presented and team playerProven experience in electrical project management, including successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.Good attitude and reliableComputing Skills - Outlook, Word, Excel and project management software and tools.Driver licence & OH&S; General Induction Card (White Card)Hold a current NSW Electrical Licence (Preferable)In-depth knowledge of electrical systems,codes, and regulations.Your application will include the following questions:How many years of project management experience do you have?
