Assist with the development and implementation of appropriate project management methodology, template, tools and practices to ensure projects consistently deliver to their agreed scope, time and budget.
Contribute to the successful tracking of project benefits that are aligned to the strategic direction of Circana and to drive continual business improvement initiative within the PMO.Job ResponsibilitiesManage both product development and/or client-facing implementation projects assigned by the PMO across the entire project life cycle:



from initiation to closureEmbody the principles of a PMO Centre of ExcellenceAdhere to the company-wide Project Management disciplineDevelop and refine the suite of PMO templates to ensure we deliver a consistent implementation experience for our clientsEnsure all PMO reporting obligations are fulfilled in a timely and effective mannerDrive the successful delivery of business outcomes in consultation with the client, project team, business stakeholders and the Project SponsorDuring the Project Start-up and Initiation phases assist in expanding the business case; define project deliverables, WBS, high level scope, initial estimates, draft schedule and budget.
Present recommendations to the Executive Team and senior stakeholders of the projectBuild and maintain strong organisational relationships with effective communications that deliver positive project outcomesPerform all project governance responsibilities required for each project.
Chair regular meetings including Project Steering Groups, project governance, vendor engagements etc., with timely communication of actions and decision logsProactively manage project issues and risks, ensuring minimal negative impact to project deliverablesConduct project post-implementation reviews to ensure 'lessons learnt' are captured, communicated and referenced for future projectsParticipate in project management knowledge sharing forumsRequirementsA highly disciplined project manager with 5+ years' experienceStrong experience in rolling out a SaaS-based product with customisations to clientsStrong experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologiesMust be comfortable with a fast paced and dynamic project delivery landscapeEstablishes productive working relationships across senior stakeholdersExperience managing teams across a portfolio of 3-5 concurrent projectsExperience working with Big Data and Data Analytics solutions is a plusHigh level of proficiency in the technical aspects of the Project Management disciplineDetailed knowledge and understanding of portfolio and project interdependencies managementHigh level of proficiency in presenting to clients and senior stakeholdersWorking within organisational constraints and selecting an optimal approachExperience in defining entry and exit/acceptance criteria of stage gate processes and project phasesExperience in identifying and managing complex risks and issuesExperience in defining and implementing best practice processes, standards and templates for PMO functionsExperience managing multi-discipline resources to meet a common goalUnderstand and successfully apply resource and capacity planning principlesAs well as the technical skills, experience and attributes that are required for the role, our shared behaviours sit at the core of our organisation.
