Working Monday to Friday with an occasional weekend as Parts/Service advisor.
You will play in a pivotal role supporting our customers and technicians
Processing parts orders and managing inventory coordination with suppliers
Scheduling service appointments and managing the service diary effectively
Explaining service options and repair recommendations to customers in a clear and professional manner
Preparing job quotes and service estimates for customers
Processing job cards, customer invoices, and managing payment transactions
Maintaining accurate customer records and service documentation
Liaising between customers and technical staff to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
Supporting the team with parts information and customer follow-up
Contributing to a professional and welcoming service environment
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a parts advisor, service advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within automotive or diesel services
Strong knowledge of diesel engine parts,



maintenance and service procedures
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to customers effectively
Proficiency with computer systems, particularly parts management software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Experience in creating purchase orders, job cards, invoicing, setting up quotes and warranty claims
A skilled and courteous demeanor with a genuine commitment to customer service
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a busy environment
Attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders and maintaining records
A valid driver's license would be advantageous
Positive attitude and team player
Relevant qualifications or certifications in automotive trades or parts/service advisory roles would strengthen your application
