With strong customer demand and continued expansion, we are investing in developing the next generation of Store Managers across NSW.THE ROLEThis role offers a structured ***** month development pathway, preparing you to step confidently into a Upper Management position with development support from experienced QLD leadership in a competitive metro trading environment.As a Store Manager in Training, you will partner with the Store Manager to drive commercial performance, operational excellence and team capability.
This is more than a support role you will take ownership of key trading outcomes, lead teams on the floor and in Back of House, and build the capability required to manage your own store.You will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:Partner with your Store Manager to deliver sales, wage and profitability targetsAnalyse trading reports to identify opportunities to improve conversion,



ATV and UPTSupport stock optimisation and loss prevention strategiesDrive disciplined roster management aligned to productivityLead, coach and develop team members to deliver strong individual and store performanceRole model JD leadership behaviours and premium service standardsSupport succession development and identify emerging talentEnsure Back of House and sales floor execution is structured and efficientProtect brand and visual merchandising standards in high-traffic environmentsSupport protected and compliant store operationsWHO YOU ARE3-5+ years retail leadership experience, ideally in high-volume or flagship environmentsProven track record of driving and exceeding KPIsExperience managing rosters and wage controlComfortable analysing financial reports and trading dataStrong coach with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountableResilient and confident in fast-paced trading environmentsAmbitious and motivated to progress into a Store Manager roleWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
