Remuneration: starting $ 94,****** plus 12% super (dependent on qualifications)
About The Role
We're looking for a Horticulture Industry Expert to join our teaching team, delivering high-quality vocational education and training that equips students with practical, job-ready skills aligned to current industry standards.
In this role, you'll share your expertise through classroom and hands-on training, support student success, conduct assessments, and contribute to continuous improvement and industry engagement initiatives.
You Will Be
Developing and delivering engaging, customised learning experiences under Certificate II in Horticulture & Certificate III in Horticulture
Supporting learners to build confidence and competence in literacy and numeracy
Maintaining accurate records of student progress, assessments, and compliance documentation
Creating a positive, respectful, and inclusive learning environment
Ensure compliance with national VET quality standards and BKI policies
Creating a positive, respectful, and inclusive learning environment that supports diverse learner needs

We Are Excited About You Because You Have
Horticulture qualifications
Completed Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Relevant experience in teaching horticulture
Experience delivering training in adult education or vocational settings (beneficial)
Effective communication skills for working in correctional settings
Computer proficiency
Ability to teach independently
Commitment to safety, inclusion, and learner success
The Essential Paperwork:
Working with Children Clearance (WWCC)
Current police check
Certified right to work documentation
Certified copies of your qualifications and transcripts
