This is a hands‐on, outdoor role where you will be responsible for picking, sorting, and packing blueberries while maintaining high‐quality standards.
You will also assist with general farm duties, working as part of a team to support efficient harvest operations.Key ResponsibilitiesThis role supports harvesting and packing operations to ensure quality produce and smooth workflow.Pick ripe, firm blueberries to meet quality standardsSort and place fruit into buckets and prepare for packingAssist with packing produce in the packing shedPerform weeding, tipping,
