We are currently seeking an experienced Sample Stand Operator based between our Toowoomba and Jondaryan sites.Reporting to the Site Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:Enforce Grain Harvest Management Scheme as required and send monthly reports to Department of Transport for overloaded vehiclesGenerate weekly tickets and invoices as well as monthly statementsCoordinate daily bookings in spreadsheet for loads into site and liaising with clients and growers as first point of callMaintain up to date Purchase and Sales Contract informationLiaise with truck drivers,



handle enquires and follow up where requiredThe successful candidate will ideally have:Familiarity with sampling analysis proceduresExperience with grain sampling and associated technologyExperience in the MS Office suiteWell-developed written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of interpersonal and customer service skillsExperience in the grain industry is highly advantageousOur CultureCHS Broadbent is a trusted, innovative organisation with an excellent reputation and a excellent culture.
