About the Role
This is a hands‐on, dynamic role where no two days are the same.
As our Educational Leader, you'll help guide our program while still getting to do what you love — working directly with children.
Leading the planning and delivery of a fun, engaging, and meaningful educational program
Supporting and mentoring educators to confidently use the planning cycle to enhance daily practice
Creating inviting play environments that foster curiosity, creativity, and belonging
Collaborating with children, families, and educators to continuously enhance program quality
Driving ongoing improvement through our Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)
Supporting the day‐to‐day administration and smooth operation of the service
What You'll Bring
A Diploma in Children's Services, School Aged Care, or another ACECQA-approved qualification
A current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training




Completed Child Protection Training (as per Section 162A of the National Law)
Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS), and My Time, Our Place framework
Previous experience as an Educational Leader
A proactive, positive, and professional approach
A passion for mentoring colleagues and supporting best practice
A genuine commitment to providing exceptional outcomes for children
Willingness to support and embrace our Christian ethos
