Delta Wholesale Nurseries is a growing wholesale production nursery on the Sunshine Coast.
We are recruiting for an experienced nursery hand, looking to take responsibility for our dispatch processes.
This job will include all the tasks of a nursery hand including potting, weeding, plant maintenance and dispatch, as well as specifically focusing on quality control, and supervising all stock which leaves.
The position is available for an immediate start.
The position is a casual position initially, with the intention of transitioning to a permanent, full time position.What you need to have:Experience working in wholesale nurseries and an initial understanding of basic nursery processesA good,



working knowledge of plant species and horticultural practicesA track record of attention to detail and a focus on qualityTeamwork skills to work as part of a team, as well as leadership to drive outcomes and productivityA positive attitude and a willingness to learn our processes and contribute to the continued growth of the businessWhat we will offer:A friendly, fast paced work environmentReliable weekly shifts working Monday - Thursday 7am to 4pm and Friday 7am to 12pmAbove award pay rates as minimum (shaped by experience and skills)A willingness to develop your skills and skilled attributes
