The role is 4 days per week based in their Sydney CBD office and 1 day from home.
About the Role
As Property Administrator, you will play a key role in coordinating property and operational activities across our national network of sites.
You will help ensure leases, compliance requirements, maintenance activities, projects and stakeholder requests are managed efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate property-related activities across multiple sites nationwide
Liaise with landlords, shopping centre management, contractors and suppliers
Maintain lease administration, compliance records and property databases
Coordinate maintenance requests, contractor works and site improvements
Track actions, deadlines and project milestones across multiple initiatives
Support site rollouts, relocations, renewals and network growth activities
Prepare reports, meeting minutes and action registers
Follow up outstanding actions to ensure timely completionMonitor property documentation and identify potential issues or risks
Assist with landlord communications,
lease documentation and property correspondence
Support general property and operational administration
About You
You are highly organised, detail-oriented and enjoy managing multiple priorities.
You take ownership of your work, communicate confidently with stakeholders and are motivated by delivering outcomes.
You'll Bring
Previous experience in administration, facilities coordination, property management support or operations administration
Robust organisational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and document management capability
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Teams
The ability to work independently while managing competing priorities
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
The ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Highly Regarded Experience
Property or lease administration
Shopping centre or retail property environments
Facilities management coordination
Multi-site operations
Project coordination
Retail, hospitality or service-based industries
