Supported Independent Living (SIL) is supporting people with disability in shared housing or in their own home, providing various supports including personal care and daily living assistance.We are currently looking to fill 2 permanent part time positions.

Support clients to make everyday spaces shine through domestic assistanceConfidently support clients with complex needsFollow behaviour management and mealtime management plansEncourage community participation1 on 1 supports within the communitySkills & ExperienceAn unrestricted Recent South Wales driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicleDemonstrated ability to use basic technology and software on a mobile and desktopA current First Aid Certificate, which includes the course HLTAID003 or HLTAID011Successful candidates will be required to clear all state-based probity checks; including but not limited to a National Criminal History Record Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.Part time pay rate $***** as per Level 2 Pay point 2 SCHADS AwardRemote area salary packaging benefits - You could salary package a range of home related expensesAccess to our employee assistance program and Fitness Passport
