MGO grading and key product qualities using approved informationConduct product tastings and demonstrationsUse consultative selling techniques to achieve and exceed sales targetsProcess transactions accurately and efficientlyMaintain attractive displays and appropriate stock levelsBuild rapport with customers from different cultural backgroundsProvide daily sales results and customer feedback to managementRepresent Biosota Organics with professionalism, enthusiasm and integrityAbout YouYou will be confident approaching customers and comfortable working towards sales targets.To be considered, you will need:At least six months of retail, sales or other relevant customer-facing experienceStrong face-to-face communication and selling skillsThe confidence to initiate customer conversations and ask for the saleA reliable, punctual and self-motivated approachProfessional presentationAvailability for the required morning rosterCurrent Australian work rights sufficient for the rostered hoursThe ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card, if required for the work locationRegular HoursThis is a permanent part-time role offering 20 guaranteed hours each week:Four five-hour shiftsThree weekday morning shiftsOne weekend morning shiftStandard shift time: 7:00 am to 12:00 pmPreferred weekday availability is Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Saturday is the preferred weekend day.The final regular working pattern will be agreed in writing with each successful candidate.
