In this vital role, you'll ensure our fleet complies with all regulatory standards, performing high-quality electrical repairs and maintenance while upholding a safe and professional working environment.
Your work is essential to keeping public transport moving efficiently across Current South Wales.What You'll DoConducting routine servicing of electrical systems across the fleetCompleting unscheduled repairs and maintenance tasksAttending breakdowns and performing timely repairs to return buses to serviceConducting pre-inspections for RMS complianceRepairing or replacing changeover components as neededFollowing company policies on Health & Safety, Quality Assurance, and Equal OpportunityAssisting with additional duties to support depot operationsThis role requires precision, problem-solving, and a strong safety focus to ensure buses remain reliable for daily operations.What We're Looking ForRelevant Trade Certificate in Auto Electrical or related fieldSelf-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamCurrent MR or HR driver's license preferred (or willingness to obtain)Experience with Fleet Maintenance Management systems is desirableKnowledge of mechanical hydraulics and pneumatics a plusPrior experience with heavy vehicles is advantageous but not essentialWillingness to undergo pre‐employment medical, criminal history, and drug/alcohol screeningWhy Join Us?
