This is an excellent opportunity for educators seeking flexibility while continuing to make a positive impact on children's learning, development, and wellbeing.As a Casual Educator, you will:Support children's learning, development, wellbeing, and sense of belongingProvide high-quality care and education in a safe and nurturing environmentPromote and embed child-safe practices in everyday interactionsBuild positive relationships with children, families, and colleaguesContribute to a collaborative team cultureSupport inclusive and engaging learning environmentsWhat We're Looking ForSuccessful applicants will:Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and CareHave previous experience working in an early childhood settingDemonstrate a genuine commitment to child safety and the Child Safe StandardsHave knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS), and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)Maintain safe, respectful, and skilled relationships with childrenCommunicate effectively with children, families, and colleaguesHold current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualificationsHold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)Be available to work across centre operating hours (7:00/7:30am to 6:00/6:30pm)Join Our TeamIf you are passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences while supporting children's safety, wellbeing, and development, we would love to hear from you.
