We are seeking an experienced and motivatedInternal Sales & Account
Managerto join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-
focused sales professional who enjoys building long-term relationships, delivering

Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts while actively
identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Build solid, long-term relationships with customers across a range of
Prepare accurate quotations and follow up sales opportunities to maximise
conversion.
Provide professional advice on stainless steel products and applications.
Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure orders are processed
accurately and delivered on time.
Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services while
increasing account profitability.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using CRM systems.
Deliver outstanding customer service through responsive communication and
proactive account management.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Previous experience in internal sales or account management, preferably
within the stainless steel, steel,



metal fabrication or industrial supply sectors.
A proven track record of building customer relationships and achieving sales
targets.
Strong negotiation, communication and customer service skills.
The ability to prepare accurate quotations and manage multiple customer
enquiries efficiently.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to
detail.
Confidence using CRM software together with Microsoft Office applications.
A proactive, self-motivated approach with a genuine desire to help customers
succeed.
A current Australian Driver's Licence (occasional customer visits may be
required).
