Bendooley Estate is seeking a talented Commis Chef - Cook to join our culinary team on a full-time basis at our prestigious location in Berrima, NSW.

As a Commis Chef, you will play an important role in supporting the kitchen operations and contributing to the high standards of food preparation and presentation that our guests expect.Key responsibilitiesPrepare, cook and plate dishes according to established recipes and culinary standardsAssist senior chefs with food preparation, including chopping, mixing and cooking ingredientsMaintain cleanliness and organisation of your designated work station and kitchen areasEnsure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all timesSupport the kitchen team during service periods and respond to changing prioritiesReceive and implement constructive feedback from senior kitchen staffContribute to inventory management and report on stock levels as requiredLearn and develop new cooking techniques and culinary skills under mentorshipAssist with food costing and waste minimisation initiativesWhat we're looking forAvailability for an immediate startCulinary qualification or relevant training in food preparation and cookingDemonstrated experience working in a skilled kitchen environmentStrong knowledge of food safety,
