Ventia is seeking an experienced Safety (SHEQ) Advisor to support our Rig and Well Services contract across remote Queensland sites.
This roaming role travels between rigs and operational sites, providing hands-on safety support where it's needed most and coaching crews to maintain high safety standards.You'll partner with supervisors and frontline teams to embed secure work practices, conduct site inspections and audits, lead incident investigations, and ensure Ventia's SHEQ systems are applied
