About the RoleAs a Sports Programs Officer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for residents, stakeholders, and the community whilst providing seamless hire and sporting experience.Key responsibilities include:Handling sports courts enquiries and bookings via phone, email, and in personSupport daily sports courts operations by setting up and packing down sports courts equipment as requiredAssist in the management of Council operated sports competitionsCollaborate with various internal departments to ensure consistent and seamless customer interactions across all touchpoints.About YouYou are positive, professional, and thrive in a customer-facing environment.
