we're looking for someone:Have a Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (Essential)Previous experience as a Recreational Activities Officer or a Lifestyle Officer in aged care (desirable)Energetic and strives for excellence in customer serviceHave effective communication and computer documentation skillsHave passion and genuine care for elderlyKey Responsibilities:Provide direct resident care and support that meets residents' needs and promotes wellbeingAccurately document care activities, monitor health, and communicate changes or feedback to clinical staffEngage residents and support participation in meaningful one-to-one and group activitiesAssist with the delivery of care-related engagement activities, including outingsAbout the Company:Thompson Health Care is a family-owned company, with five decades of experience.
