Your role as a Revenue Officer is to guide and assist our customers, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions and maintaining the integrity of our financial records.
You will play a crucial role in maintaining our rating and debtor databases in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Embrace our values and contribute to a positive work environment by collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.
Your Profile Demonstrated experience in accurately entering and maintaining high volumes of data into a database.
Strong customer service experience in debt recovery including negotiating payment arrangements in accordance with Debt Recovery Policies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.




Suitable candidates are subject to pre-employment screening which includes Reference Checks, Work Rights Verification, Identity and Functional/Medical History Checks, and will also include a Criminal History, Qualification and Working with Children Check.
Employment is subject to clearance of all these checks.
Package: Competitive salary will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
Hours of work: Temporary Full Time.
Opportunity is expected to be available until mid December ****.
You will have the option of a 19 day month through Council's flex system.
