There are over 5 billion users using basic applications today such email, notes, tasks that are not AI-native.
Our mission is to build a proactive smart assistant for everyday users to bring intelligence to conversations, errands, organising and workflows, with minimal prompting.Our product focuses on achieving high reliability for long-running workflows, persistent context, and real-world task completion.
The system must handle multi-step reasoning, interact with external tools, and remain reliable despite non-deterministic model behavior.
Our objective is to help users complete tasks daily enjoyable with over ~90%* reduced time.About the RoleYou will lead hiring across software engineering functions including backend, mobile, desktop, infrastructure, and product engineering.
You will partner closely with founding teams, leadership and engineering leaders to identify and attract high-caliber talent globally.This role requires strong judgment, speed, sourcing ability, and deep understanding of engineering talent quality beyond resumes and brand names.What You'll Be DoingOwn end-to-end hiring across assigned roles - from intake to closeBuild pipelines from scratch using direct sourcing, referrals, and targeted outreachDrive hiring decisions with clear signals, not just interview feedbackRedesign interview questions, scorecards, and assessments to raise hiring barRecruitment processes - improve speed, quality, and consistency across hiringBuild employer presence through content, messaging,



and candidate experienceWhat You'll NeedProven experience in recruiting / talent acquisition (in-house or agency)Proven track record of closing roles in a fast-paced environmentStrong sourcing ability - able to generate pipelines without relying on inboundGood judgment - able to identify strong candidates beyond resumesAbility to manage multiple roles with speed and consistencyWillingness to challenge and improve existing processesClear, direct communication with hiring managers and candidatesComfortable operating with ambiguity and high expectationsHow We WorkThe best products in the world are built by small, highly capable teams.
