We are seeking a qualified and experienced Landscaper to join a high-performing team working on high-end residential structural landscaping projects.
This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in delivering premium-quality landscape construction across multiple stages of site delivery.
You will work closely with site supervisors, contractors, and clients to ensure all works are completed to a high standard, on time, and in line with detailed plans and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out a range of hard and soft landscaping works on high-end residential sites
Read and interpret site plans and follow project requirements
Perform structural landscaping works including paving, retaining walls, turfing, planting, and site preparation
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively




Assist with general site coordination and workflow as requiredMaintain a high standard of workmanship and site presentation
Communicate effectively with supervisors and other trades
Work collaboratively within an established site team
Skills and Experience
Certificate III in Landscape Construction (or equivalent qualification)
Solid experience in structural landscaping and high-end residential projects
Confident using hand and power tools
Ability to read and follow site plans
Good communication and teamwork skills
Previous construction site experience (highly regarded)
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Reliable, physically fit, and safety conscious
