On behalf of our client, a Global Energy Company, Brunel is presently sourcing a Procurement Analyst responsible for end-to-end procurement, sourcing and contract management activities, delivering commercial value whilst supporting safe, reliable and efficient operations.
This is a maternity leave cover requirement for approx 6 months, based in the Brisbane CBD.DescriptionManage sourcing, procurement and contract management activitiesLead tender processes, commercial evaluations and supplier negotiationsDevelop sourcing strategies that optimise value and manage riskAdminister contracts including extensions, variations, claims and close-out activitiesMonitor supplier performance across safety, quality, cost and deliveryProvide procurement and commercial support to operational stakeholdersEnsure compliance with Procurement Governance and Supply Chain StandardsMaintain contract records and support continuous improvement initiativesProfilePrevious Procurement and Sourcing experienceExperience within the Oil & Gas Energy sector will be advantageous, but not essentialConfident commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skillsPrevious SAP exposure will be received.Relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Business, Law, Engineering, Construction Management or similar is preferred,
