Fundies Lismore are seeking a retail-savvy and people-centric Assistant Store Manager to join our team in a permanent full-time (38-hours per week) capacity.

Tell me about the role?
Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end performance of the store - from both a operational and leadership standpoint.
As a Manager, areas of accountability will include people& culturemanagement, customer service, merchandising, inventory management, rostering, and administration.




You will be a positive & results driven individual with proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor and motivate a team that you will be working with.
We're looking for someone who has:
Demonstrated experience working as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager + a passion for retailStrong leadership capability through coaching, developing and guiding a motivated team to ensure the store is kept to a high standardCash handling experience, including working with POS systemsAbility to work as a part of a team and individually, across all store departmentsPositive and teachable attitudeAbility to manage inventory and merchandise in-store (some occasional heavy lifting may be required)The ability to work a flexible roster patternSomeone with world-class enthusiasm and initiative (we can't teach that)
