Responsibilities includes maintaining quality goals, ensuring productive restaurant operations, as well as maintaining high quality customer service standards.Responsibilities:Aid the team to provide an exceptional guest experienceMaintain a positive working environmentAssist on themed evenings including produce & wine supplier degustation evenings & food festivals.Review & manage stock levels & maintain adequate supplies & be aware of minimising wasteUphold OH&S; requirementsRequirements:Working experience as a Sous or Chef de Partie for a minimum of 1 year.Demonstrate experience in a calm & open mannerExtensive food & beverage knowledgeProficiency in EnglishStrong motivational & people skills
