Job Description
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be the face of our dining venues and play a vital role in delivering friendly, qualified, and memorable service to our guests.
Your focus on the guest experience and working as a team will help create exceptional experiences across our restaurant, bar, café, and event operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting guests warmly and attending to their dining needs
Taking orders accurately, making recommendations, and ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages with attention to quality and presentation
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables
Collaborate with team members to handle guest requests and resolve any issues professionally.
Following hygiene and safety standards, including food safety and food allergen requirements
Assisting with event setups and functions in the restaurant
Delivering in-room dining orders
What we are looking for
Great communication skills, presentation and confidence to engage with guests
A genuine interest in food and beverage as well as in our local Melbourne area
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
Experience in restaurant and bar service is preferred - a passion for providing great guest service is what will really make you stand out!
Qualifications
A service-focused personality with a genuine interest in food and beverage




Experience in espresso coffee making and bartending will be highly regarded
A current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
The availability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings from 5:30 am, late evenings up to 11pm and on weekends and public holidays
Flexibility to pick up shifts at short notice would be an advantage
You must have current working rights in Australia.
