Townsville & Suburban Medical Practice (TSMP) is a long-standing family practice located in Cranbrook, Townsville.
We deliver a wide range of health care making our practice an exciting place to work.
The successful candidate will be joining a friendly team of receptionists, nursing staff and allied health professionals who work closely withan experienced team of general practitioners.This full-time position will have a fortnightly rotating roster and will include opening and closing of the practice.
It would be desirable if the successful candidate has the following skills and attributes:Previous experience in general practice and/or medical receptionMedical Software experience (Best Practice Software or similar)Ability to provide efficient, professional and friendly face to face customer service, with a natural enjoyment of working with peopleAn immaculate professional presentationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh level of initiative and the ability to multi-task while remaining calm in a busy general practiceAbility to maintain a high level of confidentialityAttention to detail and a strong work ethicTSMP offers a supportive work setting in a modern workplace.




Remuneration is based on "The Health Professional & Support Services Award ****" and will depend on your experience.We are seeking someone that is committed to learning because all of the required skills can be taught.
