With a solid pipeline of ongoing work through various builders, we are looking for a reliable and experienced Concrete Finisher to join our crew.About the RoleYou will be working as part of a tight, efficient crew delivering high-quality slab work from start to finish.This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their finish and can work at pace.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare sites and ensure slabs are ready for pouringSet up and align formwork to plansInstall and position reinforcement (mesh/rebar)Carry out concrete pours and monitor consistencyPerform screeding, trowelling, and finishing to a high standardConduct quality checks and fix any defectsMaintain strong site safety practices (PPE required)Work closely with builders,



supervisors, and team membersKeep accurate records of concrete usage and adjustmentsMaintain clean and organised work areasProblem-solve during pours and finishing stagesSkills & ExperienceProven experience as a Concrete Finisher (essential)Strong ability to screed and finish confidentlyExperience with waffle pod slabsGood understanding of formwork and reinforcementAbility to read and follow plansReliable, punctual, and team-focusedPhysically fit and able to handle demanding workRequirementsWhite Card (essential)Driver's Licence (essential)Own transport (preferred)What We OfferStrong team environmentOpportunity to step into leading hand rolesCompetitive hourly rateImmediate start
