Programmed are currently looking for aGym Instructorto join the team and work with a large recreational client, that hosts various sport and recreation events.
If you enjoy a fast-paced work setting, facilitating fitness programs with different groups of people and offering a high level of customer experience whilst ensuring safety is a priority – these roles are for you!

The current roster requires you to cover a variety of shifts throughout the week.
Monday to Saturday availability (with some flexibility), including early morning shifts and/or afternoons.
These positions require you to operate individually under instruction from the Venue Services Coordinator.
These roles are designed to provide opportunities for career progression for the right candidate.
To achieve the outcomes required by these roles, you must have experience in or show willingness to develop the below skills.
Working cohesively in a team environment
Conducting Inductions and supervising gym clients




Health/Fitness assessments
Maintaining a safe and hygienic workplace
Additional tasks as identified by supervising officers to meet the needs of the Venue.
What we are looking for:
Positive Queensland Paid Blue Card (not volunteer)orwillingness to obtain prior to starting
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
Certificate III or IV in FitnessorExercise Science Degree
Demonstrated knowledge of group fitness, training, and exercise delivery
Demonstrated knowledge of customer service-related delivery outcomes
Basic level of computer knowledge and skills
Safety conscious attitude
