This full-time role is split across our Sydney CBD and Parramatta offices, and offers a unique opportunity to support our agile teams while advancing your career in IT support and administration within the legal industry.About the RoleReporting to the Head of IT, you will provide on-site and remote support across both locations, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our IT systems.
Key responsibilities include:Delivering Level 1 and Level 2 helpdesk support for hardware, software, and network issuesEscalate and liaise on support issues to external service providersManaging user accounts, permissions, and password resets via Active DirectoryTroubleshooting Windows/Parallels Microsoft 365, VPN, printers, and mobile devicesSupporting meeting setups, including video conferencing and scheduling toolsDocumenting incidents, resolutions,



and contributing to the IT knowledge basePerforming general IT administration and compliance tasks as requiredTraveling between Sydney CBD and Parramatta offices as needed to provide hands-on supportTo Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have:Experience in a helpdesk or IT support role is a plus, but not essentialStrong communication skills and a customer-focused mindsetProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft 365 administrationExperience with Active Directory, remote support tools, and ticketing systemsA proactive and solutions-focused attitude with a willingness to learnA professional and mature approach to work, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentA valid driver's license or reliable transport for travel between officesLegal industry experience is a plus, but not essentialWhy Join Us?
