This role is ideal for someone empathetic, adaptable, and committed to excellence in food service.What You'll Be DoingPrepare and cook daily meals that meet individual dietary requirements, including texture-modified options.Plan and rotate menus in consultation with the Service Manager and residents.Ensure all food preparation meets hygiene, safety and HACCP standardsManage food purchasing, storage, and usage within budget guidelines.Foster a safe and respectful kitchen environment, adhering to Safe Work Practices.About YouExperience in aged care (preferred), including cook fresh/cook chill methodologyCertificate III in Hospitality, Commercial Cookery, or similarStrong knowledge of food safety, HACCP and NSW Food Regulation requirementsExperience managing food purchasing within budgetUnderstanding of texture-modified foods and allergen managementA caring,
