As a Manufacturer, you will be responsible for the productive assembly and production of high-quality window blinds and other related products.What you'll be doingAssembly and production of window blinds, curtains, and other soft furnishing productsOperating various machinery and tools required for the manufacturing processAdhering to strict quality control measures to ensure product excellenceMaintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environmentCollaborating with the sales team to meet deadlines and targetsProviding support in other areas of the factory as neededWhat we're looking forAny previous experience in window and soft furnituring manufacturing or assembly role,Strong attention to detail and a commitment to qualityAbility to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environmentGood hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitudeExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independentlyFamiliarity with the use of hand tools and light machineryWillingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologiesWhat we offerAt Blinds Anytime Pty Ltd, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
