We are looking for a Conference and Events Coordinator to join our award-winning team, in a Full time capacity.This role would suit someone with experience in a hotel conference or admin role, looking to broaden their experience and work with one of Canberra's leading Conference venues.In this role your responsibilities will include:Coordinating events and conferences across Doma HotelsPreparing and communicating event ordersLiaising with the operations team to ensure high quality, impeccable service and experience is providedConduct site inspections to showcase the portfolio of Doma Hotels to new and existing clients when requiredDevelop and maintain a contact and customer database within OperaMaintaining the sales management systemTo be considered for this role you will have:The ability to deal with a diverse client base and meet deadlinesWell-developed organisational skills with excellent attention to detailStrong administration and professional communication skillsKnowledge of iVvy event management systems desirableA friendly, outgoing personality and the ability to offer outstanding serviceImmaculate grooming and presentationAbility to build robust relationships with clients and colleaguesA valid working visa for AustraliaDoma Hotels is a privately ownedhotelier offering high-quality accommodation, conferencing and numerous food and beverage outlets.We offer extensive training and development opportunities, great staff benefits as well as a fun, vibrant and friendly working environment.
