This is a highly field-based role suited to an experienced operations leader who is comfortable with extensive daily travel, managing service delivery across multiple sites, leading frontline teams, and building strong client relationships.What's on Offer$85,000 to 90,000 + super + car allowanceEstablished portfolio with autonomy to lead your regionCareer growth with a national industry leaderSupportive leadership team and stable long-term opportunityThe RoleYou will oversee multi-site cleaning operations, manage client relationships, and lead frontline teams to deliver consistent service standards, compliance, and customer satisfaction.The role requires regular travel across the Central Coast, Newcastle, Northern NSW and regional NSW, so you'll need to be highly organised, responsive, self-directed,



and comfortable spending most of your time out in the field.Key responsibilitiesManage client relationships and act as the key contact for service delivery and issue resolutionOversee day-to-day cleaning operations across multiple sites, including quality checks, audits, and additional worksLead, coach, and roster frontline teams to maintain service standards and performanceMonitor labour, supplier requirements, invoicing, and operational costsSkills and ExperienceYou'll be a strong fit if you have:Experience in commercial cleaning, facilities services, or related multi-site operationsExperience in a supervisory, team leader, area manager, or operations-focused roleStrong client management, communication, and team leadership skillsAbility to manage rosters, service standards, and multiple priorities in a field-based environmentRequirements:Current driver's licence and reliable vehicleWillingness and availability to undertake extensive daily travel across the Central Coast, Newcastle, Northern NSW and regional NSWWorking With Children Check and National Criminal History Check (no more than three months old)Quad Services is an Equal Prospect Employer.
