About the Role
We are looking for reliable and safety-focused Line Operators to join our Stapylton production team and help deliver high-quality beverages to customers across Australia.
Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards and supporting efficient line performance.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working a structured 12-hour rotating roster.

Shift Pattern
12-hour rotating shifts (6:00am - 6:00pm / 6:00pm - 6:00am)84 hours per fortnightRotating roster:2 days on - 2 days off - 3 days on2 days off - 2 days on - 3 days offRotate fortnightly between day and night shiftsTwo full weekends off per month
Key Responsibilities
Operate, monitor and adjust beverage filling and packaging machineryMaintain production flow by ensuring materials and packaging supplies are availableTroubleshoot basic equipment issues and escape where requiredSupport line changeovers and minor preventative maintenance activitiesEnsure product quality through adherence to GMP and hygiene processesAlways follow all workplace health and safety requirements
Skills & Experience
Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, food production, packaging or beverage environment (preferred)Experience operating production, packaging or manufacturing equipment (preferred)Mechanically minded with the ability to troubleshoot production issuesStrong focus on safety, quality and attention to detailAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamUnderstanding of GMP, HACCP or food safety processes (desirable)A forklift licence is not required, but will be considered advantageous
