Key Responsibilities
Scan, pick, and pack stock items with precision and efficiency to fulfill departmental requests
Deliver stock to designated storage areas and department locations in a timely manner
Analyse inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock quantities using computer systems
Maintain accurate records of stock movements and inventory transactions
Organize and manage storage areas to ensure easy accessibility and proper stock rotation
Collaborate with department heads and team members to understand supply needs and resolve any stock-related issues
Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy
Identify opportunities to improve supply processes and contribute innovative solutions to enhance efficiency
Monitor stock expiration dates and manage stock disposal in compliance with organizational policies
Communicate transparently with stakeholders regarding stock availability and delivery timelines
About You
You are a reliable and organised individual with strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service.
You have experience in stores, supply chain, inventory, or a similar environment and enjoy working collaboratively with teams to ensure smooth operations.

Experience with inventory systems and stock control processes (desirable).
