Previous dealership experience is highly regarded but not essential—we'll provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.About the RoleAs a Service Adviser, you'll be the link between our customers and workshop, ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional service experience.Your responsibilities will include:Welcoming customers and assisting with service bookingsPreparing repair orders and recording customer concernsKeeping customers informed throughout the repair processLiaising with technicians regarding vehicle repairsRecommending additional maintenance where appropriateOrganising loan vehicles when requiredProcessing invoices and explaining completed workDelivering outstanding customer service every dayAbout YouYou'll be someone who:Enjoys working with people and providing exceptional customer serviceHas excellent communication skillsIs organised and able to manage multiple tasksHas robust computer skills and attention to detailThrives in a busy team environmentHolds a current Australian Driver LicencePrevious experience as a Service Adviser or within the automotive industry is highly regarded but not essential.
